In the context of the Group’s negotiated settlement procedure (“CNC”), on 22 May 2026 Aeffe and Pollini filed an application before the Court of Bologna seeking judicial authorisation for Aeffe to enter into a super-priority financing agreement (finanziamento prededucibile) with illimity Bank for an amount of up to Euro 20 million, secured by certain guarantees, to meet Aeffe’s liquidity needs, pursuant to Article 22 of the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency. The judicial details are as follows: R.G. No. 7103/2026 – VG – Judge Rimondini. The hearing has been scheduled for 17 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will be held remotely via the Teams platform.
